Glyndwr Vineyard has been chosen by the UK’s holiday rental giants HolidayLettings.co.uk (owned by TripAdvisor) as one of the final 10 competitors in the running to be named the UK’s Most Popular Vineyard.
Glyndwr Vineyard is the oldest and largest established vineyard in Wales. The current owners pioneered the revival of viticulture in Wales, establishing Glyndwr Vineyard in 1979, making it the oldest family estate in Wales.
To win this award, the vineyard – based in Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan – will need to receive the most votes on the Holiday Letting’s website.
Voting ends on 10th June (mid-night), with the vineyard receiving the most votes crowned “The UK’s Most Popular Vineyard for 2018” on 11th June.
The winning vineyard will also receive an official award certificate from Holiday Lettings (of TripAdvisor) to commemorate their win.
Glyndwr Vineyard produces a range of fine, award-winning wines which have been carefully blended and fermented by their skilled winemaker for over 35 years, with wins being displayed in John Lewis Food Hall in Oxford Street, London.
Currently Glyndwr Vineyard is placed at 3rd position with 19% of the total votes.
