New Grant scheme to offer up to £900 for Youth Projects in the Vale

A new grant scheme is reaching out to anyone who would like to start a youth project for 14-25 year-olds in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Dish out Dosh is a grant scheme working alongside Glamorgan Voluntary Services (GVS), a charity which runs voluntary and community organisations in the Vale of Glamorgan, that could offer funding of up to £900 for youth projects

Members of Barry Beavers Disabled Swimming Club were previous recipients of a grant by Dish out Dosh.

A Barry Beavers spokesperson, Chris Economides said: “Barry Beavers are very proud of the Splish Splash commemorative book it has just published. Barry Beavers are very grateful to the many contributors. The book was only achieved through the Dish out Dosh grant awarded by GVS, our sincere gratitude to all at GVS.”

Applications packs for grants are now available and the deadline for submissions is 31 January at midday.

To download the application pack, visit the website.

For further information or to request a hard copy of the application pack, contact GVS on 01446 741706, or email
