South Wales Police is appealing for information leading to the whereabouts of Frantisek TRYB who is a 42 year old male originally form the Czech Republic.
Since December 2016 Frantisek had been staying in Penarth, South Wales, but was reported missing on Tuesday 7th March 2017 after leaving his address in Penarth with the intention of travelling firstly to Cardiff by bus and then London by train.
It is possible that he could be in either the Penarth, Cardiff or London areas and could have been in a train station, bus depot or on a bus.
He is described as a Czech male, speaking no English, approximately 5ft 4 inches tall, approximately 10 stone, very pale skin, short light brown hair, a tattoo on his left side of his neck saying “Teresa”. He left Penarth wearing a grey baseball cap, grey trousers, black winter jacket, dark jumper, black trainers with green stripes and he was carrying a dark travelling bag.
