Police are investigating an assault which took place in Cyril Street, Barry on Wednesday (February 6th) at around 9pm.
The victim, a 59-year old woman, was not injured and South Wales Police say enquiries are ongoing.
A post on The Castle Hotel Facebook page on Thursday evening said the victim was walking her dogs along Cyril Street, when she was set upon by 2 people.
The victim broke free and made her way to the Castle Hotel. The owners say the Victim was visibly shaken and the Police were called.
