South Wales Police is appealing for information to identify a suspect involved in causing criminal damage to a house in Barry.
Officers are continuing to investigate two incidents of criminal damage to a property in Pontypridd Road.
We are now able to release a CCTV image of the suspect in the first incident –which involved a man wearing a mask throwing a brick through a window overnight on the 3rd of April at 12.58am.
Officers are also appealing for information to identify a group of men pictured in the nearby petrol station who may be potential witnesses.
PC Lee Roderick said: “Around the time of the incident, at 12.53am, a group of men are seen to walk passed the address in Pontypridd Road heading towards Nant Talwg Way.
“These men could have possibly seen the suspect loitering around the top end of Pontypridd Road, between the property and the Co-op store and petrol station at Weycocks Cross.
“I would urge the men pictured in the garage to come forward with any information which could assist us in our investigation.”
The second incident happened overnight on the 17th April at 12.55am where the address is approached by three people, one of whom is wearing a stocking mask over their head and face.
Two of the people throw rocks at the property and the third uses what appears to be a baseball bat to attack the windows of the house.
