Proposals set to be unveiled for St Paul’s in Penarth

Plans for the redevelopment of St Paul’s Church, Arcot Street in Penarth, will go on display at a public consultation event on 20th September 2017.

The drop-in event for residents will take place at the Paget Rooms in Penarth between 3pm and 8pm where proposed plans for the development by Newydd Housing Association can be viewed and comments gratefully received.

Following the recent consideration of several redevelopment options for the site by the Vale of Glamorgan Council, the initial scheme comprises of the retention of the existing front elevation of the church, a multi-purpose community hall and 15 one and two bedroom flats.
