Spring has sprung at Amelia Trust Farm ahead of Half Term

Spring has definitely sprung at Amelia Trust Farm and this Half term to celebrate they will be holding their very popular Spring Fair.

This spectacular Spring Fair will take place on Wednesday the 30th of May from 11 am until 4 pm, during May Half Term, situated on the Five Mile lane between Barry and the A48.

Come and join the team on the Farm, for lots of family fun and plenty of activities. Treat yourselves with an array of fabulous gifts and yummy food stalls. There will be Bouncy Castles and Arts and Crafts including bag printing, for the kids to enjoy. Meet their amazing animals with various animal activities. Jump on board the Tractor and trailer rides. Happy Hands club with Emma and Vale of Glamorgan Relax Kids will be doing taster session of music, kids yoga and storytelling. Vale Owls will be here with their beautiful rescue Owls. Have your face painted and enter the fancy dress competition, prize for the winner! Also on offer will be the Farm’s yummy street food regulars, Bwydiful and Flour’d up serving Steak burgers and Wood fired pizzas and of course their resident Farm Kitchen cafe to satisfy your taste buds! And if that isn’t enough you can explore the Farm, Woodlands and play in the park all day long.

The entrance fee for this event is £2 per adult and £1.50 per child over 2 years or £5 for a family ticket ( 2 adults and up to 3 children), under 2’s and carers go free.  There will be an extra charge for some of the activities.  All proceeds will raise much needed funds to help support the important work that the farm does with vulnerable and disadvantaged young people.
