Join Dementia Friendly Cowbridge as it showcases local advice and support for people with dementia, their families, carers and the wider community.
You can meet dementia support workers and carer support groups, drop in for a chat with experts who can help with queries and practical issues and meet others offering friendship, support and social activities.
There's even free tea, coffee and cake. It all takes place at Cowbridge Town Hall on 27th September from 10:30am - 1:30pm and is completely free.
