To The Sea / I'r Mor - The Festival of Circus and Outdoor Arts returns to Penarth this September!
Hold onto your rain hats and get ready for an unforgettable experience in 2024. Enjoy a program of breath-taking performances, quirky comedy and curious creations, in outdoor venues across Penarth, plus a finale show from No Fit State Circus, at Cosmeston Medieval Village.
The Festival is expanding to four days from the 12th to 15th September, bringing you an exciting line-up which will weave through the streets, parks, and seafront of Penarth.
We can’t predict this strange weather, so bring an umbrella and sunscreen, bring your dogs and kids, bring a special someone, or just bring yourself...and leave your wallet at home, this event is totally free, and everyone is welcome.
