Join Penarth Town Mayor, Cllr. Gwenda Roberts, for a festive evening of song and holiday cheer! Featuring the wonderful Rhapsody (Cardiff Vocal Ensemble), who will perform a selection of Christmas songs, jazz, and a blend of secular and non-secular pieces.
