The Arts for Health and Wellbeing team at Cardiff and Vale Health Charity are running the "Creative Cuppa" event on Monday 5th July to raise funds and celebrate the work of the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board staff.
The team are encouraging residents of the area to participate in the event by holding a creative tea party or arts workshop with friends, family or work colleagues. The creative aspect of the party is down to the participants, with suggestions including sketching in the garden, choreographing a group dance routine or writing a song.
In a post released on social media, Cardiff and Vale Health Charity said of the event:
"This is a wonderful opportunity for our supporters to improve wellbeing by taking the time to be creative, enjoy cuppa together, whilst raising money for a fantastic cause."
Additionally, the charity are happy to provide supporters with anything they need to host an event, whether it be our fundraising pack or bilingual downloadable materials such as posters, bunting, social media graphics or sponsor forms.
In their statement on social media, the charity said:
"After a truly remarkable year, let’s have a Creative Cuppa and share an outpouring of love and thanks to the NHS. We are grateful for any support you can give to this event.
