The Vale of Glamorgan Council have provided information on a number of roadworks and road closures set to begin next week.
Multiple works will commence on Monday (22nd), including at Llandough Hill, betweet and also on Westra, Dinas Powys. Both roads will be closed from the 22nd, with the work to clear telecom blockages in Llandough only expected to take a day between 9:30am - 3:30pm, while the closure of Westra is scheduled for 10 days between 8:30am & 8:00pm, while workers replace gas mains.
Elsewhere, Port Road in Barry is set to close for 10 consecutive days between the Weycock Cross Roundabout to the junction at Stirling Road, between the hours of 9am & 6pm, whilst resurfacing works are undertaken, and Cog Road in Sully will also be closed from Wednesday 24th for 2 days for duct works between the hours of 8am & 6pm
A number of temporary traffic controls will also be put in place across the Vale at locations including: Marconi Avenue, Penarth, Hayes Road, Sully and Fford Y Mileniwm, Barry. These will all be short term installations while minor works take place.
