The Barry Town Youth Council is inviting young people, between the ages of 11 and 18, to their “Pizza and Chat” event, an opportunity for young people to discuss the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on their lives and their priorities for the future of the town.
The gathering, which will take place at the new community centre on Cemetery Approach, will give young people a chance to chat with others of their own age and members of the Council about how the pandemic has touched them, the way it has impacted their day-to-day life and their wants and desires for the immediate future of Barry.
There will be plenty of free pizza at the event and, additionally, the opportunity to register an interest in becoming a member of the Youth Council.
Tickets for the event are limited so the Council has suggested that those who wish to attend make their bookings as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. To book your space, click here. If you require more information on the event or have any questions, email Robyn Walsh at email@example.com.
