Cardiff and Glamorgan Memorial Park and Crematorium will be opening its doors on Sunday, for the local community to visit the site and meet the team.
Located off Port Road in Barry, the site is owned by Memoria, who hold an annual open day as part of it commitment to working with the local community.
On the day there will be a chance to meet the team behind the scenes and look around the facilities, whilst classic funeral vehicles will be displayed.
Local food will be provided by Wild Roots Kitchen and Bar, with Lovey Dovey - the Dove Release Specialists in Wales and Bagpiper John Campbell also joining in the day, along with Macmillian Cancer Support, who will be presented with their check from the groups I.C.C.M project.
Frank Meilack, Director of Community Engagement said "Thank you so much to the local community for their understanding and supporting, during what has been a really difficult year of restricted attendances to services. It's been so difficult, but you've been so understanding and so helpful."
"Our open day is a chance to meet the team behind the scenes, have a cup of tea or coffee, there will be some local food provided, local music and local charities looking for your support, including Macmillan Cancer Care."
