The Vale of Glamorgan Council took to their social media accounts to confirm that Porthkerry Cemetery will reopen from Sunday June 21st.
This reopening is in accordance with the government guidelines on the Coronavirus and follows the reopening of Merthyr Dyfan Cemetery in Barry.
In their announcement post on Facebook, the Council said:
"Porthkerry Cemetery will re-open this Sunday, June 21 in accordance with government guidelines.
"Signage and hand sanitiser dispensers will remain in place.
"The cemetery is open 7 days a week."
These developments come as the Welsh government eases Coronavirus restrictions in Wales, allowing all non-essential shops to open from Monday and schools set to return from the 29th June.
