The Welsh FA have announced that Cymru are to face the USA in a rescheduled friendly fixture on the 12th November.
Ryan Giggs' side were originally supposed to face the North American outfit in March, but the meeting had to be cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The game, which will see the two sides meet for only the second time ever, takes place ahead of their final two UEFA Nations League Group B4 fixtures against Republic of Ireland on Sunday 15 November and Finland on Wednesday 18 November at Cardiff City Stadium.
In June, the FIFA Council approved for this year’s October and November international windows to be extended to allow all UEFA nations to play three games to cover for the postponement of fixtures in March owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Cymru’s remaining 2020 fixtures are as follows:
Cymru v USA – Thursday 12 November (19:45 KO)
Cymru v Republic of Ireland – Sunday 15 November (17:00 KO)
Cymru v Finland – Wednesday 18 November (19:45 KO)
With all fixtures scheduled to be played behind-closed-doors for the foreseeable future, the FAW will continue to adhere to Government guidelines and liaise with relevant authorities. Supporters will be notified should arrangements change and tickets become available.
