The Forté Project, a unique artist development scheme in South Wales is on the hunt for new talent aged 16 - 25 who are creating original material and emerging from the Vale of Glamorgan.
Each year the project works with ten chosen artists, who are assigned industry mentors who will support them on their journey. The project is centred around key creative and career development support support areas which will further improve their chances of achieving successful, long term professional careers.
In recent years the project has worked with emerging talent from the Vale of Glamorgan including Joel Aviaent, Jack Ellis, Han2K and many more.

- anyone who is generating original material
- any genre
- anyone who currently resides in Vale of Glamorgan
During the one year project chosen artists will gain experience and expertise from song-writing workshops and high profile collaborations, signposted opportunities from across the UK, recording sessions with professional producers and a range of unique live opportunities throughout the year.
The project is unlike any other talent development project in Wales, funded by Arts Council of Wales, Arts Connect and PRS Foundation.
The deadline for applications is Midnight on Thursday 14th November.
