Health Board reaches out to those in priority groups 1 - 4

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board has issued an urgent message for those in priority groups 1 -4, who are yet to be contacted for a COVID-19 vaccination appointment.

It comes as the Health Board says it is on track to vaccinate priority groups 1-4 by the end of this week.

Those who fall under the following groups and have NOT yet been contacted are asked to get intouch as follows:

• Age 75 and over: contact your GP Practice
• 75 and over and clinically extremely vulnerable / shielding: contact your GP Practice
• Age 70-74: contact the booking centre on 029 2184 1234
• Age 74 and under and clinically extremely vulnerable / shielding: contact the booking centre on 029 2184 1234
• Aged 70 and over AND housebound: contact the booking centre on 029 2184 1234

Frontline Health and Social Care staff who are yet to receive their vaccination should email cvuhb.massimms@wales.nhs.uk

The Health Board is asking residents to only contact them if you are in one of the above group.

From February 15th, Cardiff and Vale Health Board will start scheduling cohorts 5, 6 and 7 and will update residents shortly on how they will be contacted.
