The Llantwit Youth Council is on the search for new members between the ages of 11 and 18 who want to have their say in ensuring the voices of young people in the community are heard.
The group, made up of people between 11 and 18, take action to improve their own town and play a vital part in ensuring the views of young people are listened to by local decision makers. The Youth Council represents local schools, youth organisations, youth clubs and their peers.
Members of the group, which works with Llantwit Town Council and supports the Town Mayor’s charities and community events, meet once a month to discuss local news and exchange ideas.
