A new, free monthly activity group for residents of the Vale over the age of 75, run by care provider, Home Instead, and charity, Re-Engage, is set to launch on Wednesday 8th September at Sully Sports Club.
The first of the group sessions will begin at 11am on Wednesday 8th September and continue on a four-weekly basis, hosting a different activity each month. Potential activities include cornhole, exercise, dance and pottery, and all will be followed by a free tea or coffee, and cake.
The social groups will be delivered by Re-Engage and Home Instead and will take place at the Sully Sports and Social Club on South Road.
