The RNLI is looking for lifeguards to join its team, working at Whitmore Bay, Llantwit Major Beach, Southern Down, Ogmore and beaches across Bridgend this summer.
The temporary, seasonal or casual ad-hoc work runs of the summer of 2021, with applications open until 4th April 2021.
In 2019, the beach lifeguard team helped 29,334 people and attended 17,356 incidents, with the service covering 240 beaches around the UK and Channel Islands, with four covered in the Vale of Glamorgan.

From busy resort beaches like Whitmore Bay to semi-rural surf beaches, such as Southerndown - every beach has its own characteristics and challenges.
