The Valeways group is offering free guided walks throughout the Vale of Glamorgan to encourage residents to get outside this Autumn.
The voluntary environmental organisation have set out walks, lead by their volunteers, of one, two and three hours in length across the whole of the Vale, throughout October, November and December.
A post on the Disability Sport VOG Twitter account promoting the walks, said:
"Autumn is a great time to get outside for some walks, Valeways are offering free guided walks throughout the Vale, now is as good as any time to start."
Some of the walks available include the "Halloween Walk" in Dinas Powys on October 31st and the "Ely Valley and Cogan Pill walk" on the 22nd November in Llandough.
You can find out more about the walks and keep up with Valeways via their Twitter account here.
