The weekend follows on from the Dawnstalkers Seafront Sauna Showcase last December.
The Dawnstalkers group is hosting a "Gathering" within the grounds of The Kymin in Penarth this weekend.
Across the three days, the group will be offering a range of activities, themed around wellbeing, movement and music.
The activities include yoga, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, a sauna, a silent disco, outdoor cinema, and a fire walk.
The event is being advertised as the prelude to the wider "To the Sea" event Festival, which will see a host of outdoor arts, activities and performances take place across Penarth.
The To The Sea Festival includes stunning circus shows, thrilling performances, dance, comedy, live music and curious creations around the streets, parks and seafront of Penarth.
Dawnstalkers Co-Founder Grant Zehetmayr said "The Dawnkstalkers is about bringing people together, and what we really want to do with this three-day gathering is showing what's possible when small individual contributions combine to create something awesome for the community. It'll be fantastic for the Kymin, for the seafront, and for Penarth."
