Barry Town United have secured their FAW Tier One licence to continue playing Cymru Premier football next season.
The Jenner Park club has also secured a UEFA licence for playing European football next season, following a meeting of the FAW's licensing panel on Monday.
It's a boost to Barry's hopes of reaching the UEFA Conference League - with Andy Legg's men needing just a point from their final two games in the regular season to secure an end-of-season play-off spot.
All twelve Cymru Premier clubs secured their licences, along with Cymru South champions Llanelli - which secures them promotion to the top tier - plus Cymru North title rivals Airbus UK Broughton and Colwyn Bay, along with Carmarthen Town.
Llantwit Major were one of fourteen clubs - all from the second tier - to be refused a licence on the grounds of sporting, infrastructure, personnel and financial criteria.
Major were not in contention for promotion as they did not secure a top two finish.
Eight more clubs withdrew their applications for an FAW Tier One licence, while Aberstwyth Town and Newtown were refused UEFA licences.
Tier One licences are a pre-requisite for playing in the Cymru Premier while a UEFA licence is necessary for competing in Europe.
An FAW spokesperson said: "The club licensing system aims to assist the continual improvement and development of football clubs at the top level within Wales. Licensing is a transparent process that enables clubs to demonstrate to their stakeholders that they meet quality standards."
They added: "In line with the JD Cymru Premier strategy, the FAW has allocated significant investment via the Future Growth Fund for Tier 2 clubs to access over the next 12 months to significantly develop stadium infrastructure to deliver more compliant Tier 1 Clubs for the 2026/27 season league expansion."

Clubs who were refused a licence at the first time of asking now have ten days to appeal the decision - with any appeals due to be heard later this month.
