Two players with the Vale's top football clubs are in the running for the Cymru Leagues' monthly awards.
Barry Town United's Keenan Patten is among the nominees for the Cymru Premier player of the month award for October.
The midfielder has scored four league goals so far this season, including two in their wins over Briton Ferry Llansawel and Newtown respectively.
Manager Steve Jenkins has kept faith with the ex-Cardiff City youth product, who has started every league season for Barry so far this season.
Patten's fellow nominees are Haverfordwest County's Lee Jenkins, Caernarfon Town's Louis Lloyd and The New Saints' Remi Otheh.
Meanwhile, Llantwit Major veteran Sean Williams makes the shortlist for the Cymru South's player of the month.
The 40 year-old scored his first - and so far, only - goal this season in their 1-1 draw with Goytre United.
Williams played every minute of Llantwit's three league games during October, helping Ben Stait's men to maintain an unbeaten record in the Cymru South, which now stretches to nine games.
He faces competition for the award from Tom Davies of Baglan Dragons, Henry Jones of Llanelli Town and Lewis Reed of Ammanford.
The winners will be decided via a league and independent panel along with a fans vote on social media, which closes on Friday.
