Barry Town United defender Luke Sylvester has left the club by mutual consent.
The former development player returned to Jenner Park a year ago following a short spell with Penybont and played his role in a treble-winning season.
Sylvester made over a dozen appearances under managers Lee Kendall and Steve Jenkins, helping to win both the Cymru South title and the Welsh Blood Service Cup at both national and regional level.
A club spokesperson said on Thursday: "As a Barry boy, it's been a pleasure to have Luke at our club and we wish him all the very best in the future."
Sylvester is the second player to leave Barry in the transfer window following the departure of club veteran Troy Greening last week.
With less than a week to go, there have been two new arrivals - namely ex-Wales under 21s international Lee Lucas and defender Will Richards.
Meanwhile, the club has regained young midfielder Cai Rowlands following the end of his loan spell with near neighbours Llantwit Major.
The Cymru South team have also bid farewell to Tyler Jackson, who has moved to Portsmouth to join Southern League club AFC Totton, while goalkeeper Sam Goodwin has switched to Ardal South West outfit Cardiff Draconians.
There's another weekend off for Barry before the Cymru Premier run-in begins with their opening Play-Off Conference clash at home to bottom club Pontypridd United next Saturday.
Llantwit also have a blank weekend after an impressive run of three straight wins in their fight to stay up in the Cymru South - but they'll be keeping a close eye on how Pontardawe Town fare against Caerau Ely at home with just three points separating the relegation rivals.
